Responsibilities

• Website Copy: Craft persuasive and informative website copy that showcases our brand’s unique value proposition.
• Sales Pages: Develop high-converting sales pages that guide users through the sales funnel and drive conversions.
• Blog Posts: Research and write engaging, SEO-optimized blog posts on industry-relevant topics to attract organic traffic and establish our brand as a thought leader.
• Landing Pages: Create compelling landing page copy that aligns with specific marketing campaigns and encourages user action.
• Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content creation and optimization.
• SEO Best Practices: Implement on-page SEO best practices, including meta descriptions, title tags, and header optimization, to improve search engine rankings.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to ensure a cohesive and effective content strategy.
• Content Calendar Management: Assist in the creation and management of a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of fresh content.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven Experience: A portfolio of published work demonstrating experience in writing for various platforms, including websites, blogs, and landing pages.
• SEO Expertise: A strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy.
• Semantic HTML Knowledge: Must have experience using semantic HTML for content structuring. This includes using appropriate tags like <header>, <footer>, <nav>, <article>, <h1-h6>, and <aside> to improve accessibility and search engine readability.
• Exceptional Writing Skills: Impeccable grammar, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to adapt writing style to different brand voices and target audiences.
• Research Skills: The ability to research complex topics and translate them into easy-to-understand, engaging content.
• Team Player: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
• Content Management Systems (CMS): Proficiency in using CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
